Is it?

A federal court, to name just one entity in government, is an official
government entity created from and by a constitution or set of laws. A
Royal Court, as you've so often proclaimed; 'does not indicate that it is
the King's court', but you (your country) call it that anyway. It either
belongs to the King or it doesn't, which means that the word ROYAL is a
misnomer.

Peruvian officials are calling him now.

Are you sure about that or just guessing? South American countries are not
famous for their fairness in these situations. In many cases the suspect
doesn't make it to jail.
