The engines of a 777 are started with compressed air, there's nothing electric

Next time you are at an airport, take a carefull look at a parked 777. Near its
nosewheel you will either see a battery-cart, an external generator or the

Google the story of Air Canada 143 a 767 , or Air Transat 236, an A330.
 
When the engines are gone, there is no hydraulical power for the flaps, the
secondary braking system and the spoilers. The slats may be released on notch 
through gravity.

I'm sorry, but that is a fact. The hydraulics of an airplane like the 777 need
the engines funvtiong. If they don't there is "no" hydraulics.
