It doesn't make any difference. It was the liberal left (Biden) who made
that a scandal. Thomas was Bush41's nomination and the left made a point
of not agreeing with that nomination.

He made the point of liberal hypocrisy very well.

No, Thomas is still on the bench and Slick Willy wasn't impeached over his
sexual encounters with Monica Lewinski. Clinton was impeached for lying
while under oath in a court of law.

Apparently Bill doesn't.

BTW, the allegations made before Thomas was nominated for a seat on the SC
bench were heard and Anita Hill's testimony implied that she was
testifying as to the character and fitness of Thomas to serve on the high
court and was ambivalent about whether his alleged conduct had in fact
risen to the level of being illegal sexual harassment.

For those on the left like Bill who don't know what ambivalent means; she
meant that she had no bad feelings about it, was undecided with mixed and
conflicting uncertainties about Thomas' sexual harrassment brought to the
attention of another liberal lefty on the staff of a liberal publication
such as NPR that leaked an FBI report about the incident.
