I was going to. They changed my mind and suggested that I join the Navy.
I was going to, but then I wasn't very inclined to do so because of the
chances of being hurled into the ocean when the boat sinks.

The last place I'd want to be is in the air. The first step isn't so bad,
but the last one is a near-death experience.

Far from it. Part time workers are usually only looking for part time
work.

When you're standing in the unemployment line and they tell you that this
is your last benefit payment, part time sounds pretty good about then.

They signed that lease, then they're subject to its terms. However, it
isn't impossible for the leasee to find a tenant of their own. If the
lease requires them to continue the lease under lease terms that are so
strict that they can't get out of it is their own fault.

Mine is quite substantial compared to a lot of seniors who're on the verge
of living hand to mouth. It pays for everything and anything we make on
the side is gravy...
