Yes, lets look at Germany...
Do you know that Germany was very close to completing a super weapon. Good
thing that they did not get the chance to finish it, or else we would all be
speaking German. Germany being attacked from both sides of the country did not
help matters.
Today they are one of America's Allies.

Lets take a look at Japan as well.
Do you know why they really attacked in 1941?
