I agree, unprepared is a little over the top.  I find complacency to be the
reason, which we all know is a US tradition. He does have one thing right with
regards to the United Nations.  It's to the point now that "Good Ole' Boy"
country club is way beyond it's usefullness and causes more issues than it
solves.  If the world wants it, then stick it on an island around Iceland and
not in the middle of the largest city in the world where it seems party time is
more important than world issues.

The first guy that died due to ebola was a lost cause.  There was no way he
could have been saved after he was discharged the first time.  I'll not get
into the reasoning he was discharged but this hysteria wouldn't have begun IF
he was admitted then.  Water under the bridge as they say.

They know how to treat.... the issue is how communicative can it be under the
existing guidelines.  That is the key/.

Agreed, we have another SARS hysteria outbreak.

The GOP will never admit to that so why press that issue. the entire country
knows it yet it doesn't matter till there is an emergency. In two weeks this
will be on the back page as a non-issue.  

Is there a way of killing the virus before it has a chance to spread?  Sure
there is.  A company named XENEX (I'll mention it's a San Antonia-based company
before Roy starts beating his chest... but kudos to them) have developed robots
which, through the use of UV-C has effectively killed the virus within 5
minutes.  BTW, the Dallas hospital has one.  Why it wasn't used is beyond me. 

Moral of my little story...  complacency breeds hysteria when the shit hits the
fan. As much as many want isolation, that's never going to happen when
microscopic bugs are living and thriving in petri dishes within every lab
around the world. Want this to stop, go to the source and crush it there just
as rational people are trying to do.
