Hello Ward,
WD> I'm going to say something remarkable ...
Uh-oh.
AI>> I don't know if any change to policy will ever come to pass.
WD> I don't really have that much of a problem with P4.
It is meaningless. So why should anyone be bothered?
WD> The real problem is how several of the articles are interpreted by the
WD> different zones.
Eliminate the zones. No more problem. See how smart I am?
WD> Yes it has been written by and for Z1 and is interpreted by and to benefit
WD> Z1 as well as to accomodate its operational environment. Should we
re-write
WD> it, it's not going to change anything.
Eliminating the zones solves everything with no re-write being
necessary or desired.
WD> Well, Z2 is interpreting it also for its own benefit and to accomodate its
WD> own operational environment. This has worked for 20+ years and it's not as
WD> if we're coming to a screeching halt right now.
Depending on one zone to do the homework of another zone was
a big mistake from the very beginning. And you want to do it
again? My, my, you are deluded. :)
WD> P4 has not been developed with the aspect of "international" in mind nor
WD> "perhaps there is a different way to do it" nor "perhaps it's not done
like
WD> that 'overthere'". Just my way or the highway ...
P4 is/was nothing more than a cover to give the appearance of
legitimacy for the coup d'etat by the *C's.
WD> Not a single new nor adapted text will make the discussion go away, it'll
WD> just be a different discussion ... just as unproductive.
Then ignore it! That is the only truly productive thing you can,
and should, do! Unless, of course, you want to bow before your holy
queen and kiss her royal arse.
WD> It helps to understand the processes though when you have spent the number
WD> of years in the US that I have.
One does not have to spend any time at all in the US to understand
this game or how to play it.
WD> Micromanagement is the true religion there. Everybody is the true expert
on
WD> the constitution, the Supreme Court are a number of dingbats and your
WD> chances of being shot in the street by a civilian are 1200% higher than by
WD> a criminal.
I live in the swamp, so it is much more likely I get eaten
by an alligator than get shot by a criminal (although there
is a distinct possibility of getting shot by a hunter).
WD> Is this Policy preventing me from calling Janis a bitch and she calling me
WD> an asshole? No? So what's the problem? It works ...
I do not deny being an asshole. But unlike most assholes,
I am an equal opportunity asshole. And that makes all the
difference in the world.
WD> Z1 has always been on a collision course and that is not going to change.
Eliminate the zones, and everything changes.
WD> It's the US' attitude in real domestic life, it's the US' in real life
WD> politics ... "whatever we do, we do it better ourselves"
American exceptionalism.
"Yes, we can." - US President Barack Obama
WD> it is hammered into them every morning ...
WD> I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America,
WD> and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God,
WD> indivisible,
WD> with liberty and justice for all.
WD> Under God? Indivisible? Liberty and justice for all?
WD> You guys really believe that? What crap! No wonder there are that many
WD> Mormons overthere, some people will believe anything and indoctrination is
WD> a permissable training tool.
Perhaps you will find this one more suitable to your liking? -
“I pledge allegiance to and wrap myself in the flag of the United
States Against Anything Un-American and to the Republicans for which
it stands, two nations, under Jesus, rich against poor, with curtailed
liberty and justice for all except blacks, homosexuals, women who want
abortions, Communists, welfare queens, treehuggers, feminazis, illegal
immigrants, children of illegal immigrants, and you if you don't watch
your step.â€
Not quite sure what the Boy Scouts of America will think of you
after reciting that one ...
WD> Priorities, priorities, priorities ...
Whose priorities? Mine, yours, or somebody else's?
Maybe everybody should be a priority, but nobody seems
to matter.
WD> my good friend Russ overthere, a devout Mormon, told me one Saturday "No,
I
WD> can't go with you for a steak this evening, can't afford it. BTW, have I
WD> told you about the screaming deal I got on that $7.000 rifle?"
People will pinch pennies on the necessities of life, but spend
like crazy on entertainment (hunting, gambling, sporting events,
music concerts, etc.). It might seem nonsensical, but that is
what people do. Not just Mormons, or religious-minded people.
WD> But if it works for them, it's none of my damned business and so it's none
WD> of Z1's damned business how we interprete P4.
The *C's created it for the *C's. Sure, others can interpret
it. But the only correct interpretation will be the interpretation
of the *C's - as exemplified through their self-designated Z1C.
WD> Let's not forget that the USA are the only nation on Earth, so far, that
WD> managed to land a man on the Moon and bring him back alive.
The USA is the only nation on Earth that *claims* to have landed
a man on the Moon and bring him back alive. There is no evidence
of there ever having been such an accomplishment, but there is
the *claim*. Not many people will deny that.
WD> It's quite an engineering feat and what a space-program.
It makes for a nice fairy tale. Well, maybe not so nice as
several brave souls actually died in the effort ...
WD> Of course there's the minor detail that the design team which produced the
WD> Atlas rocket was headed by a Belgian by the name of Charly Bossaerts, or
WD> that the Saturn rocket that lifted the payload for translunar injection
was
WD> developed by Wehrner Von Braun, a German and prominent ex-Nazi, that the
WD> electronics of the Apollo cabin were built with components designed by an
WD> Hungarian etc...
Former CIA director William Colby admitted it was all a hoax,
the idea being to show the Soviets that we could send a missile
to the Moon and hit the intended target with pinpoint precision.
The so-called "space race" was really an effort to bankrupt the
Soviets into economic collapse, which eventually did occur.
Nazi scientist Wehrner Von Braun took an old idea of the V-2,
strapping the engines together to make the giant Saturn V.
That was the technology. A giant WWII guided missile.
WD> People also accept that it took 7 million dollar to develop a pen that
would
WD> write in weightlessness ... the Russians used a 10 cent pencil.
That is not true. For a history as to the development of
the Fisher Space Pen, visit this url -
http://www.spacepen.com/
Pencils were not used by astronauts, cosmonauts, or taikonauts.
The idea is absurd, as graphite particles would cause problems
on spacecraft, being in a weightless environment.
WD> Once everybody gets over that, we can go and have a beer.
I'd rather have a Sazerac.
WD> Otherwise I'm wasting my time here.
There are three, and only three, outstanding drinks
of New Orleans in the memory of living men - the dripped
absinthe frappé of the Old Absinthe House (I've been
there), the Ramos gin fizz, and the Sazerac cocktail.
The American cocktail was born in Old New Orleans,
in what we call the Vieux Carré (the French Quarter).
And really, one must admit, the cocktail is much more
distinctive than beer.
We used to have some fine beers in the city. Dixie
was brewed here for decades, but got washed out by
Katrina. Jax was also a good beer, but the place
was made into a tourist mecca as it is located right
by Café du Monde. And then there was Falstaff, but
that place got turned into a juvenile delinquint
center. Until Governor Bobby Jindal shut it down
due to budget cuts.
Now if you really want to get a beer in New Orleans,
I suggest Molly's Bar. Located across the street
from Café du Monde, it is a real dive where I once
met Madonna (when she was single, and like a virgin).
Even though she was dressed incognito, wearing a
trench coat with a fedora and dark sunglasses at
night, I recognized her. Unfortunately, her two
bodyguards also noticed I noticed and so we had
to part company ...
