Who are those two people?  Ed Koon is the one who made the original
claim.  As such, the burden of proof is on him to support/substantiate
what he claimed.  To date, Ed Koon has failed the test.

You are making the claim that you *know* two people have seen it.
One of those people would have to be Ed Koon, as he is the one who
made the original claim.  But he has not been able to show any proof
or evidence that what he claimed was true.  Janis Kracht made a public
comment in an effort to support Ed Koon.  But she was also unable to
show any proof or evidence that what Ed Koon claimed was true.  Bill
McGarrity is another doofus who tried to lend his support to Ed Koon.
And he was also unable to show any proof or evidence that what Ed Koon
claimed was true.  I am sure there are others who are also eager to
declare Tim Richardson guilty by accusation.  Without ever showing
proof or evidence that what was claimed about Tim Richardson was
true.  Better to hang him first, ask questions later.

Has anybody actually shown you the nasty email/netmail that Ed Koon
claims Tim Richardson had sent to him?  If not, then how can you say
that Tim Richardson sent Ed Koon a nasty email/netmail?  Because Ed
Koon told you so?  That is not a valid reason.

Ed Koon could not produce that nasty email/netmail.  Ed Koon had
been given ample time to do so.  And yet he couldn't.  And neither
could anybody else.  Do you know why?  Because Tim Richardson told
the truth!  Tim Richardson never sent Ed Koon a nasty email/netmail!

Time for Ed Koon to man up and apologize to Tim Richardson.

Time for Ross Cassell to man up and apologize to Tim Richardson.

Time for Janis Kracht to woman up and apologize to Tim Richardson.

Time for Bill McGarrity to man up and apologize to Tim Richardson.

Time for Ed Croasmun to man up and apologize to Tim Richardson.

Show me the email/netmail.  Not a claim by Ed Koon that Tim Richardson

itself.  If it exists.

Ed Koon takes orders from Ross Cassell.  That is what
you are saying.  Ed Koon is not in control of his own
board, having no choice but to listen to his master.

But let's not stop there.  You seem to have forgotten
the other part of that quote -

Two points -

* Björn Felten is the editor/moderator of the Fidonews echo.
Full read/write access is allowed for both sysops and non-sysops.

* When asked to produce the email/netmail in question, Ed Koon
couldn't do it.

Do you take orders from Ross Cassell?  I don't.

Censorship is a tool that is used by dictators and dictator wannabes.
While using such methods might make you popular among a very small
number of like-minded individuals, it is not likely to make you very
many friends.  In fact, it is very likely to leave you with an empty
echo.  And an empty echo is not an echo at all, but rather a nothing.

Sysops and non-sysops alike are free to read _and_ write in
this echo, according to the moderator/editor of the Fidonews,
Björn Felten.  Whoever this Ross Cassell character might think
he is, he is _not_ the moderator/editor of the Fidonews.

See how that works?  Make something up, and hope it sticks!

Ross Cassell is Ed Koon's master, as noted above, having the power
to cut Ed Koon's feed if his "request" is denied.

The problem is, not everybody is willing to play Ross Cassell's game.
These days, most sysops and non-sysops around the world simply ignore
him.  Usually by using the <n>ext key.  You should try it sometime.
Works wonders.
