According to Nostradamus, The Great One will fall on 7/29/2016.
That means President Biden will be in charge.  Other quatrains
suggest President Biden will declare martial law and suspend
elections, due to tsunami and major earthquake on the West Coast.

If polls show President Biden well ahead, he might consider
allowing elections to move forward.  Otherwise, martial law
would more likely continue for an indefinite period of time.

Jill Stein has zero chance of being elected.  Her party is not
even on the ballot in all fifty states.

We have the more modern system, although it is archaic.
The election actually began over a year ago, as Election Day
is only one day of the whole process.
