Yes, you told me. But you know I have the nasty habit of not accepting things
as facts just because some "authority" tells me. Especially not if same
"authority" makes claims that are verifiably false.

I call it political because it is not technical. "They don't want to use the
system name field" is NOT a technical problem. Call it a social problem if you
think that is a better description.

Really? So how would makenl_ng make INA superfluous?

Are you sure you are not mixing up the INA flag with the issue of all zero
telephne numbers?

No. That is not what happened.

It so happens that archives of old nodelists ARE available, and they are
telling indeed! What they tell is that your statement is verifiably false.

The INA flag was introduced on November 15th, 2002 with nodelist 319. It shows
23 INA flags, all in Z1.

It was on August 31, 2005 - almost THREE YEARS LATER - that the INA flag was
introduced in Z2.

Either you are either trying to rewrite history or you are just making it up or
your memory is playing tricks on you. Whatever it, is you are verifiably wrong
when you claim that it was not you but Ward who first introduced the INA flag
to the nodelist.
