You continue to misuse quotation marks.

You tried to minimize Mr. Card's winning both a Nebula and a Hugo by suggesting
the mediocre sci-fi author and cult founder, L. Ron Hubbard might also have
won. When it is pointed out to you that no such occurrence happened, you try to
make claims of which you have no earthly knowledge.

Hugo and Nebula awards are not given to mediocre authors.
