When you click on 'I agree' at the bottom of the The Terms of Service, one
has sworn to abide by those terms. If you don't agree, then you don't get
the service. Since he was using it, he must have agreed to the ToS.

I've seen it there. Before a password was needed to download it, and the
link is still there. BTW, I watched that movie last night. It's owned by
MGM studios, who also own the copyright to it.

The easiest way is to disconnect you from that service.

proper, they can expel you or have you arrested. When you leave their
