I believe it is very old news that they do not.
Note that dell makes money selling space on the computers they sell. =
For example, see =

px. This is just one example how you cost dell money by not letting = them
make money. The estimate is between $5 and $10 per computer for = this just
the google software. You also need to consider everything = else dell installs
or advertises. Folks that have no clue like to point = fingers at Microsoft
because it is popular and they don't have to think. =
Those that no better realize the pricing of systems from dell and other =
vendors is a lot more complex.
