Let's start here:

Jonah Goldberg, for one.  You may have heard of him.  I believe   
Stan Hardegree has.  It was Goldberg's reference to Worstall's   
article that prompted me to quote him here.  :-)  Goldberg also  
wrote about the origin and meaning of the term "neoconservative,"  
something that you and your friends have botched on several   
occasions.  So... let's do a quick recap.  You don't know who   
coined the term "neoconservative," even though you claim to have  
posted an article by the person who did.  You believe a report  
by Hume that college campuses are filled with socialists and   
communists, but you don't recognize the connection to Irving   
Kristol and the intellectuals from City College in New York   
who went on to teach at those colleges.  Kristol identified  
some of those intellectuals in the article which I referenced  
in response to your claim that the proper term is "Trotskyite."  
Kristol wrote a book about his years as a Trotskyist.  
Many of the people with whom Kristol and his son William are   
involved have served in conservative think tanks and conservative  
foundations and have worked for conservative as well as leftist  
publications.  Many are neoconservatives.    
  
You've also taken a stance on the Schiavo case that puts you   
in direct opposition to some of those same conservative foundations.  
This is all the more interesting given the fact that they are   
pro-life (anti-abortion) which you claim to be.  You also argued  
that pro-choice was the same as pro-abortion, which it isn't.  
  
And, to conclude for now, you have disparaged the Millennium   
Ecosystem Assessment without having read it.  But, not only that,  
you have disparaged National Geographic, NASA, NOAA, the Department   
of Commerce and the journal SCIENCE, as well as the more than one   
thousand scientists who worked on the report.  Given your   
track record, you think you might shut up.  But, no, you keep on  
typing away, proving to one and all how little you know about the  
subject at hand.  And when I post an article and ask questions  
because I don't pretend to know all of the answers, you tell me:

If that were the case, you wouldn't be criticized for your constant   
vague references to something you read or saw on TV.  And we'd never   
expect you to ask for references, cites, quotes, etc.  And neither you   
nor Jeff Binkley, John Massey, Alan Hess, nor anyone else in the   
forum would ever post articles here, unless it was for the sole   
purpose of mocking them.  But, that's not the case, is it?

You might be able to find them.  The level of technical competence  
varies from person to person.  As can the amount of resources.  There   
are many reasons why people post articles.  No one gave you permission   
or the authority to dictate the rules here, Mr. Hull.

I don't know if that's true.  I don't even know if that's a concern.   
Further, I'm not clear on why that should be a concern.  Do many   
people try to get you to explain what makes John Hull tick, why   
John Hull "thinks" and acts the way he does?  If so, I've not seen it.    
But I don't expect this forum to be focused on "what makes John Hull   
tick?"  This isn't the John Hull forum.  Nor is it the Marnie Trosclair   
forum.  You seem to have lost focus, Mr. Hull.

Fortunately for the rest of the world, it doesn't have to conform to   
John Hull's mandates.  And I believe it was you who was rambling about  
Grays.  And it wasn't in this forum.

Look toward the bottom of the article for a list of names.  Then   
Google the names and see where it leads.  Then tell me what YOU   
think and how it might apply to YOUR concerns about communists and  
socialists on America's college campuses.  Also connect the dots  
to the neconservatives who are influencing the Bush administration's  
foreign policy.    
  
Also, investigate who produced that report about the college campuses  
that Hume mentioned.  Find out what the mission of that foundation  
is.  Where does it get its money?  What causes does it support?  
What other Foundations is it connected to through the Philanthropy  
Roundtable?  How did the Philanthropy Roundtable come into being?  
What is the mission of the Philanthropy Roundtable?  What causes   
do the various members of the Philanthropy Roundtable support?  
  
When you're finished with all of that, Mr. Hull, get back to me  
with intelligent, informed commentary on the Millennium Ecosystem  
Assessment.  Don't blow smoke and think that's going to pass the  
muster, pal.  Because it doesn't.  And forget about mounting up on  
that high horse of yours and waving the flag, proclaiming your   
patriotism.  That's not working for you either.
