I've heard of this a lot, and especially with cars.
THe aerostar I had before that one you could just sit down in the driver's seat
and turn the ignition switch even without a key in it. NEedless to say, I went
to the dealership, even with a used Aerostar and had them fix that in one big
hurry.

wITh your housing development, sounds like the builders should have gotten a
wider variety of lock cylinders <g>.
