The first is false.  From the first Gulf War to 1998 UN inspectors actually
found and neutralized or destroyed a vast number of components of chemical,
biological, and nuclear weapons programs.  They were booted out in 1998. 
When they went back in they went back to searching but were repeatedly
blocked and diverted.  "Blix maintained that the current lack of evidence
does not immediately confirm Baghdad's claims that Iraq possesses no
weapons of mass destruction.  "The absence of a smoking gun and the prompt
access which we have had so far, and which is most welcome, is no guarantee
that prohibited stocks or activities could not exist at other sites,
whether above ground, underground or in mobile units," he said."

The second is false.  "We judge that Iraq has continued its weapons of mass
destruction (WMD) programs in defiance of UN resolutions and restrictions.
Baghdad has chemical and biological weapons as well as missiles with ranges
in excess of UN restrictions; if left unchecked, it probably will have a
nuclear weapon during this decade.... Since inspections ended in 1998, Iraq
has maintained its chemical weapons effort, energized its missile program,
and invested more heavily in biological weapons; in the view of most
agencies, Baghdad is reconstituting its nuclear weapons program."

The third is false.  There were forged documents, but the story was not
entirely based on them.  There were other sources, some of which predated
the forgery, and at least one of which came from Wilson's trip to Niger! 
British intelligence still says there was an effort, having nothing to do
with the forgery.

This is all old news, to most people.
