          Quite possibly.  I remember asking "Why?" years ago when I found out
about certain problems a dear friend of ours had been having.  I didn't ask it
aloud because most other people's answers wouldn't work for me.  In such cases
I'll often stumble across some related material sooner or later, though.  When
the student is ready the teacher appears.  I may find myself drawn to a book I
hadn't noticed before or discover a new aspect of a particular person....  :-)

          Uh-huh.  Needless to say, I much prefer the latter... [chuckle].

          Those things are very important too.  As an NT (intuitive thinker) I
can easily get involved with what's going on inside my mind, to such an extent
that I neglect to live fully in the moment & pay attention to the pleasures we
are best able to enjoy while we're here on Earth in physical bodies.  That was
what I was referring to when I said kayaking was a way to explore some aspects
of myself I'd been neglecting.  One of the strengths of SP's is the ability to
focus on such matters as the feel of the wind in their hair... to notice their
hands are wet, and not to mind either way... to let themselves drift onto some
beach where they hadn't intended to go & say "Okay, so what?  I'm still in one
piece."  Each of the four major reasoning styles has its place....  :-)

          None... i.e. with the possible exception of James Bradley!  Nora has
a list of the drum rudiments (with examples) in her band folder, however.  She
asked for it when she realized Dallas & I had one.  There's no doubt she's our
kid, and we're beginning to see the results of our own good work... [chuckle].

          My pleasure!  I think that's one of the things I like about you.  As
one of our (intuitive) friends said about herself the other day, "I see issues
from both sides & others say I'm 'indecisive'."  I can relate... it happens to
me all the time.  And because I can't be sure which side of the coin I'm going
to see until I actually see it, you're an endless source of fascination.  :-))
