Ärende: USB printer.

        I could see this print queue still valid on my screen, it
   showed "Deleting" it but it never did. In my mind, it should be an
   immediate command, it sure is not, took so long that I would
   restart the machine. I ought to try  longer wait to see.

   printing but they do the job.

        I believe you. But is this not a very convoluted way of
   killing the job ? When you turn out a light, you do not have to
   wait an eternity it goes dark soon enough, the same when you shu
   down the putor, it does not take ions, what is there in this print
   queue or spooler that locks up ? More likely the spooler as the
   queue seems to ACK the stop printing as soon as I click on it.

        Just curious and picking your mind here. Do not loose any
   sleep over this.
