	That was a good article, Alan, I read it all over and over again, I do not see
it being any advantage for me at this time, I do not take any plane rides no
more. It is nevertheless nice to know. Have you tried it ?

	How is your Win-7 going ? As I do for all my installs, I also installed O2K on
it and was a bit set back. I make a great use of the shortcut bar vs the Quick
Launch, I could not slide to it many of my multi use shortcuts, first was the
Control Panel, it just staunchly refused to allow this. I found a work around,
I would go to the Customize -> Add and after "pathing" to the proper folder,
then it would be added. I had to use this procedure for many shortcuts. On
Vista, it is not that serious, it does accept all shortcuts even if it will not
accept the proper icon, it turns it into a "?", I have to remember which "?"
does what. Google Earth is one and also Bluewave.

	Also, my on-going fight to use my Lexmark printer, this one, a Z33, is
installed, I set it to default and it took this, all the other indications are
proper but no print output at all. It ran good on XPP and I do understand that
there might be an "OS broken link" but then why show it as being installed ?

	I can also use O2K by reaching into the Windows.old folder and there sit all
my .docs. Is this the folder that will be rejuvenated in August when the beta
dies ? Or what else will happen, will I have to redo the Thinkpad in toto ? As
you did, this is a sacrificial system, no hair lost over this, I am just
wondering what will happen to these many millions of testers who D/L'd the
beta, for the fun of it.

	Acrobat 5 is still doing great work here. They are up to 9 already but 5 does
what I need, specifically the PW protection on a .pdf. My daughter got 5 for
her SOHO, I wonder if she got 9 now ?
