I knew I could have used TI to put a Clone instead of a Backup on my
WD320GB External drive, but then the WD drive would be a Dedicated Drive
Only to be used with the Desktop computer.

Using the TI Backup procedure I have been able to make a Backup for the
Desktop AND the laptop.

And there is still some room on the drive if I chose to use it with a
third computer (if I ever got one).

IF the Internal HD got FRIED, sure You can use Your TI Clone as an
External Bootable USB Drive, but later on You would have to 'Replace'
the internal drive either with the Cloned drive or another new HD.

Ain't that right? Same Old, Same Old........

I have been lucky, only one HD has given me trouble and that is the one
in the W95 notebook.  It is slow and noisy but that W95 box has been
retired.

The C: HD in My 486 box is 17 years old and still works just fine.
