OK, I looked and it's the Dynasty brand, 100% pure sesame oil. Darker
than the canola oil but not "really" dark--sort of the "standard" yellow
in a crayon box shade. I think I could use a teaspoon or so in that 1/3
cup of oil for the marindade, making up the rest with canola. The other
oil I have on the shelf is an extra virgin olive; I don't think it would
mix well (flavor-wise) with the sesame.

I know, I pulled a couple of things out of the freezer yesterday.  Since
I didn't crash as bad as I thought I would during the radiation, I've
got a fair number of meals I'd in the freezer before it started to use
yet. We had one last night and will use another tonight.

Good! We got the monkey wrench, tho, that you had in your plans. It has
no effect on the picnic but cuts our times with family a bit shorter.
I've got about 2 dozen or so freezer boxes set aside to bring up for
you, as well as the freezer rack insert.
