Yup.  As do I.  :)   It's the distances one has to get between gates for
flights, and the masses of disgruntled people milling around that are my
main problems there...

Quite true...  of course the "conventional wisdom" lumps all spices
together... and doesn't acknowledge the good rep of some.

is something that I have no problems with either... but I know that you
aren't so fortunate.  The conventional wisdom gurus would probably
scoff, but both hubby and I have found that for calming things down,
whole milk works wonders while reduced to non-fat milk does nothing.
The milk fat apparently is the operant here...  (and thankfully, our
guts still can process the lactose etc).
