Hi Ruth!
>> colds and flus like the schools do :) so of course he got the flu,

> Nothing like sharing the germs. My older brother shared the chicken pox
Oh tell me about it.. this entire month has been one big infection for me it
seems sometimes... incredible problems, one after the other.. :( First the
"little flu" er cold er whatever the heck it was that went straight to my chest
the first day, then the sinus infection that followed that one.. THEN an
abcessed tooth.. hehe.. well finally on the repair? Sure hope so. Hope things
are going ok over there as you're swinging back into the flow of things.. I
know that's not always easy either.
> and measles with the 3 of us (last one wasn't born yet) kids at home

Yes, there was none whatsoevever in the years preceeding...

Yeah, we did the same kind of thing :) Every kids' magazine that looked
interesting at all :) The more scientific, the better :) I was teaching a lot
of computing at the time though then.. especially to kids.. I had programs I'd
written for each age level so it worked out well. For instance a 3 yr. old
toddler would come in, this really happened :), and his mom would drop him off,
we'd sit at the computer.. and I'd run this silly program I'd written for the
commodore 64 :) It plastered the letters of the alphabet on the screen, and
then this clown would come out and point to just one of the letters.. if the
kid found the key on the keyboard and pressed it it made a happy sound (life
was simple then too (g)) :)
>> > But, we are well

> I don't drink coffee at all; Steve does much less than what he used to.
> At home it's always tea.
Oh, no.. no caffeine.. :) For me, it's a way of life :) I think I started
drinking coffee when I was 14 with my first job in the hospital as a Medical
Laboratory assistant. There have been some years I went without it totally..
but not since I got MS.

I'll have to check for it :) I'm a bit behind :(

Still not installed.. this flu hit the two of us so bad you can't believe it..
between that and running to the doc/phamacy for drugs and then.. the hardware
shop for the parts.. it's still right where the fellows delivered it, nice and
safe :)

Whew.. almost sounds scarey :) :) :)
>> > My BIL didn't have a chance with those two pie vultures.

> I guess so. (G) Steve enjoys them too.
:)

> Not even calling you to see if you would
do it first? I'd probably shut
Nope, didn't call first :) :) She just walked in my kitchen when she got home
from work , all excited and said, you're not gonna believe this.... hehe Her
house was right down the street from mine.. maybe 5 houses down.. "The Big
House" on Grand Street :)
> everything else down and go into overdrive production for a few days,

Oh forget it now hahahahahaha (oops, not supposed to laugh quite so hard, huh?
(bg).. but but, really, I did... :) For three days I think I just baked my
brains out Lol One load in, one load out.. let 'em cool, push the next load
in.. painful it was :) I had the greatest huge country kitchen at the time..
the first house we bought and it was the best... Ron had built the center
island and covered it with mexican tiles so I was working at the island with
the stove/range in the island, sink to my back, the wall-ovens right accross
from me, the frige and microwave right there too.., was perfect. I think they
paid me $12.00 a loaf though so I wasn't going to complain. I guess my mom and
the people set the price hahahahaha.. which is actually good.. think about it..
could you put a price on something you make sometimes? I couldn't.. or at least
I know it can get hard :)

Anytime I add chicken to tomato sauce of any type (chili, cacetori, etc), it is
just a divine... Perhaps it's something like that :)
Take care,
