Since I started my trip, I've been generally warm but
not hot hot, though they seem to like me at the hotels
these days, putting me into rooms that have big tall
glass windows, so I soon begin to feel like growing
big and tall myself.

Distrust and verify. I will point out, though, that the term
"seafood" is often used in a blankety sense to include fish,
even sometimes freshwater fish. And - unless it's a spoof site
- there's a trout farming enterprise: royalehighlandstrout.com
that offers

Trout sashimi
cat: Lesotho?, freshwater fish
servings: 1

80 g fresh Royale Highlands Trout per serving
- sliced thick
sliced fresh avocado
SOYA MISO DIPPING SAUCE
250 ml mirin
20 ml sesame oil
120 ml soya sauce
60 ml lemon juice
10 g white sesame seeds - toasted
10 g black sesame seeds - toasted
20 g miso paste
5 g wasabi powder

Blend all sauce ingredients and serve as a dipping sauce
for the trout sashimi.

On the whole it looks as though this enterprise has an
energetic public relations agency, and soon perhaps
Lesotho will be known for its fish.
