Well, maybe you could peddle one to a church looking to "put on airs".

The old aunties I have been talking about had a foot pumped example of a 
reed organ in their parlour. Wheezy old piece of work. When I first saw 
it I thought it was an upright Wurlitzer piano.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Jimmy McGriff's Spicy Red Beans *
 Categories: Beans, Chilies, Herbs, Beer
      Yield: 6 servings

      1 lb Red, white & black beans; if
           - you don't have all three,
           - any combo, or no combo at
           - all, works)
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      2    Turkish bay leaves
      2    Whole jalapeno peppers
      2    Whole banana peppers
      1 ts Cayenne pepper
      2 tb Parsley
      1 tb Basil
      3 cl Garlic
      1 tb Black pepper
    1/2 ts Curry powder
      1 tb Gumbo file
     12 oz Dark beer
      2 tb Red wine vinegar
    1/2 ts Tabasco or other HOT sauce

  Dump everything except the onion into a crock pot or large
  pot, and let sit for 6-24 hours. Add the chopped onion. In
  a crock pot, set on high and go away. Check every hour and
  add extra beer, water, vegetable stock, or just about any
  other liquid (cheap red wine is good) *OTHER* than vinegar
  to make sure the beans stay covered. Cook until tender
  (anywhere from 4-8 hours, depending on your crock pot and
  the phase of the moon). If you're going to be out of the
  house, put the crock pot on low, and make sure you've got
  an extra 2" of liquid in it (cook 8-10 hours, bringing
  it to high whenever you get back to the house).

  If you're cooking on the stovetop, bring everything to a
  rapid boil and boil for 20 minutes, covered, adding liquid
  as necessary (it might not be).

  Reduce to simmer, keep covered, and cook 2-5 hours, until
  tender, making sure that you have adequate liquid.

  * Organ master Jimmy McGriff may have studied formally at
  Juilliard and at Philadelphia's Combe College of Music,
  but there's nothing fancy about his music. It's basic to
  the bone, always swinging and steeped in blues and gospel.
  McGriff's brand of jazz is about feeling. "That's the most
  important thing," he says.
