Cant say as i met any germans there either.  Might be the place has less
appeal to them?

Yeah, I noticed that ;-)  I actually prefer it to the places where they
jump out of the woodwork and stand 2 inches away trying to hard sell you
on something.

I dont look for them but I notice them at some places I've been as
'common'.  OZ was one of them, Darwin.  1/2 the stuff they sell is a
'dark beer'.
