About 4 years ago, no, it was not my fault, a car decided to change
lanes, he forgot he was towing a trailer and hit the truck

Now explain how you could be in full control if things were beyond
your control.

Under those conditions you would be in control of the vehicle.

According to (most) insurance companies you were at part fault, 15% I
think they work on.
Can I tell you? No, firstly I have no idea of the circumstances of the
accident.

Giving you 26 years driving experience, I have about the same, over
the last 10 years I have averaged about 150,000kl driving per year,
mostly in heavy vehicles and have had 3 accidents, none of which were
my fault, does that make me a worse driver than you?

Then you have missed / twisted the whole point.

I have not accused Roy of being a poor or bad driver.

I make no judgement on his driving skills, for all we know Roy is an
extremely good driver, it may have been a mechanical failure of the
car that caused the accident, even the best race car drivers have
accidents on a bad day.

Roy stated (to Bjorn) that he had never had an accident, but  he had
previously said that he had an accident.

Roy still maintains he has never had an accident (but does not deny
that he crashed his car after hitting 'black ice'

I would like to know just what you thought my point with Roy was, mind
telling us ?
