By International Laws, they mean the Laws of other countries.  Not
"International Law"  So again, you are wrong.

No, it is not.  Companies have been held liable and accountable for the actions
of people using their services before.  There is plenty of case law to support
this.

Ignorance of the Law is no excuse.  Ever heard that before?  Beside, they have
every right to protect themselves from prosecution.  That includes not taking
risks when people like you use their service for questionable means.  They have
the right to protect their assets, income, and well being.

Well since I never spoke to DynDNS about it, I would say that someone else must
have.  Perhaps Playboy did.  It is of no concern to me.  You got what you
deserved.  Actually, I think you deserve worse.

You are one of those people with your arrogant attitude and anti-Z1 bias.  Had
you learned to be more level headed and more International in your thought,
perhaps you could have avoided this situation.  You have only yourself to
blame.  I have no sympathy for you.

Perhaps you should hold yourself accountable instead of trying to blame others
for your own actions.  That there were repercussions for your actions and
attitudes, is not the fault of anyone but yourself.

You have only yourself to blame.  Perhaps if you had been a bit more
understanding of the International aspects of FidoNet, a little less overtly
biased against Zone 1 and its members, a little less prone to pushing the
buttons with you arrogant remarks, and a lot less pig-headed regarding the
copyright issue and having questionable material on a FidoNet related site, you
would not have had to face the situation you are in now.  Like it or not, you
can only blame yourself.  As much as you like to blame others, in the end, you
are the one accountable for the attitude and bias you displayed.  You are the
one that arrogantly snubbed your nose at the FidoNet community -- especially
Zone 1.

Be mature, and accept your own culpability in the situation you created and put
yourself in instead of trying to place the blame on others.

Always the attitude of intellectual property thieves.  Yes they lost money
because people obtained copyright material from your site instead of paying for
it like they should have.

I would have been more annoyed you arrogant, disgusting fool.  You besmirched
the name of FidoNet with that stuff, you flaunted your arrogant attitude and
anti-Z1 bias with such an abhorrent blatantness, that I cannot find any
sympathy for what befell you.

You have only yourself to blame in the end.  Likely, you are not willing to
accept your own role in this, and will instead blame others for the situation
you caused.
