BTW, Germans demonstrated what is a gas attack:
1. You have an enemy position ahead of you and you are going to capture
them.
2. You use gas to kill your enemy soldiers before the attack.
3. After using chemicals you capture the territory.

   There was not any major offensive operation in Damask's suburb either
until gas attack or after it. After the chemical attack Assad's forces
continued shelling the place as routinely as usual, with conventional
weapon. There was not absolutely any sense in using chemical weapon, and
Assad forces did not get even a minor advantage. Besides, before the
attack, the UN chemical weapon observers disembarked in Damask to
investigate using chemical weapon in Syria. It is only fools can believe
that Assad could use chemical weapons in the Damask's district captured
by rebels in such circumstances.
