Yes wrong! You claim you know the reason why I remained silent for a while. You
are wrong. The reason you claim is not the reason why I remained silent for a
while.

What is not his choice is his duty to maintain an accurate and up to date
nodelist segment for his zone. It is painfully obvious that the Z4 section of
the nodelist is hopelessly out of date. He utterly fails in his #1 duty:
keeping the nodelist accurate and up to date.

Presumably you have a mailer as you are in the nodelist. So why don't YOU prove
me wrong? Do you not have a mailer? Or are you afraid you might find out that I
am not wrong and that you can not connect to his system?

Yes, I did. Let me try again:

There is nothing to admit. Janis claims he polls her every hour. I can not
verify that, but that gives him the reacheability of a point on Janis system.
He may have had his mailer on-line for short periods. I am unable to verify
that, if there are such windows, I always seem to miss them. Whenver I try,
there is no response from a mailer. And there is no modem at the listed
telephone number either. I am unable to reach him. I said that at best he has
the reacheability of a point and I stand by that.

Not only that, but I am unable to reach any other node in the Z4 section of the
nodelist. There is nobody home.

Z4 does not function as a network any more. It can not possibly function as a
network because for that you need at least one system that accepts incoming
calls on a reliable basis. And there isn't....

For all intents and purposes Z4 is dead. But you refuse to admit that because
it does not suit your agenda.
