We all use the global DNS system.

Clicking on a "yes box", is just that, clicking on a box. Hers usch an action
has no legal standing, it does not signal agreement, let alone a sworn
agreement. Contracts require a written signature.

Correction: if you do not click the "yes box" you do not get the service.

Or so the copy that you saw claimed. How do we know, that your copy isn't a
bootlegged copy falsely claiming copyright for MGM?

As a Paying customer I have the right to demand that my provider leaves law
enforcement to those in charge of law enforcement.

Judging who is a copyright pirat and who is not is the job of the courts.
Anyone taking the law into his own hand is violating the law.

There is no abuse of their service. It they believe the law is broken, they can
report it to the police. They may not take the law into their own hand.
