ROFLOL! Both Cassell and I were able to find thousands of references in seconds
and you claim you couldn't find a single reference. I doubt you even made the
effort to do a search.

You make a comment and when challenged, you act like you're too smart to deal
with such questions. Either back up your claims, or crawl back under the rock
you came from.
