tHey probably won't be there, and it's every man for
himself.  SO, no reason to worry about it, let the future
take care of itself.

But, more dangerous, they don't want to learn anything from
the past either.  A famous philosopher said "those who don't learn from history
are condemned to repeat it."

WHy wouldn't they be?  YEt, they fail to find anything but
disillusionment because they didn't spend any time actually
paying attention during civics class.  THey forget that when it really comes
down to it they have the power.  tHey can
organize, yes starting at the community and neighborhood
level and tlel the monied interests who buy our politicians
no thanks, but as long as they continue to march along
because whichever major party they choose to serve says
march this way they're going to get more of the same.

John KErry Vs. g. w. Bush.  What a sad ecuse for an
election!!!  Like him or not, at least the dems decided to
go for a little excitement in Obama to counteract the bought and paid for pilot
who couldn't keep his plane in the air.

I don't expect we'll ever see one.  MIght be too
embarrassing to the men who pushed us to war, who now have
more purchased pols in office.  YOu might hear a lot of
noise about one, for a little while, but if Obama finds a
way to bring the troops home quickly from Iraq it will all
be forgotten and another footnote in history.  WAr crimes,
we didn't see no war crimes.

Otoh if there isn't a quick resolution, the insurgents
really start playing O.K. corral again over there and it
goes on a few years you might, and I say might hear some
rumblings of war crime investigations.
