Two or three months ago, my doctor knew I disliked the sweat attacks. At that
time, I attributed the restless sleep to post work pain, and it is back to that
as near as I've noticed.  (I haven't snorted myself awake, or spend a waking
night if I hadn't exercised.) Apnea is behind me I'm sure, but I will mention
it too him just the same. I think it was a 'tag along' with the sudden weight
gain. I've since noticed my belly on the retreat.

We both agreed to stay on the *triptylene for now, which is the sweat dope. I
do believe it was also the family that Jerry Lewis (SP?) bloated up on, IIRR.
Whatever, I'm off the one that stops the "full" hormone from telling my mouth
to stop shoving sustenance in it. We'll see how that changes in the near
future.

We ran a pretty good series of bloodwork last month. Pretty good coverage diet
wise, and naturally, my LDL is a touch high for him. (Must be animal fats, as I
still restrict my tropical oils, and trans-fats pretty tightly.)

We're back to that, are we? <ROTF> I *have* tossed the topic around in my
travels, and would be interested in your take on an incident.

Once again, someone cut me off, without signalling, shoulder checking, or
looking at his mirror as near as I could tell. The real curiosity was not my
distain, but how a lumber-truck driver reacted when the very same driver was
NOT about to let said truck merge. The truck was going to merge, whether the
A-hole was going to let him or not. My first reaction was to compliment said
truck-driver, on my newly adopted attitude in like situations, plus giving my
horn more air-time, instead of shaking my head at such ignorance.

Mostly, they can give your eyebrows a parting if your engine timing is 180^
wrong. That's what the cousins' hubby blamed it on, yet even my very limited
trouble-shooting disproved his two theories quickly. (Confirmed by a practiced
mechanic.)

If working on a single cylinder engine, the *fine* tuning is done with an
external source of torque is aplied, instead of your buddy pulling a hernia out
of the pull start cord. We'll see how it sorts itself out.

Like I told freinds earlier, I could toxic shock, on water if I'm not carefull.
Right now, that is my first bullet to dodge. When asked if, "Today, I need to
wake up." Immediately I thought, "One day..."

Maybe, that's how I described my take on murky subjects. (I forget just now how
the saying goes, when you broach an uncomfortable feeling in lyrics. If it's
"Wearing good boots when crossing an unknown stream...") I prefer a wetsuit.
